Previous experience as a team leader
Luxury experience will be viewed favourably for this position
Experience in KPI delivery and optimisation across sales, wages, average sale, client spend, stock management and online order managementÂ

Key Responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by all team members and that sales & brand expectations are upheld across all business KPIsÂ
Analyze the store sales and take necessary action to maximize sales opportunitiesÂ
To identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with Line Manager
Build solid client relations and generate a returning Client baseÂ
Provide weekly feedback to the B&P team concerning stock issues that may impact sales in-storeÂ
To provide consistent feedback to the Assistant Manager & the team on their performance including conducting appraisals and performance development plans
Effectively monitor sales by category and by season in order to request stock and increase the sales of the store
Proactively build personal relationships with high-value clients and develop the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferencesÂ
Identify clients’ expenditure and trends season on season, and provide feedback to the B&P team follow up with the relevant strategyÂ
To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize salesÂ
Take a detailed approach to client relations and database management by engaging and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring accurate details are added and that appointments and thank you emails are managed in line with the brand policies and procedures
Use the business CRM at an optimised standard to ensure all client communications and employee relations documentation is managed in line with expectations
Ensure training and development opportunities are offered to all staff members across onboarding, product training, shopping experience training and store presentation standards
Create an enjoyable working environment that promotes passion, focus, results, and inclusivityÂ
Communicate with your Field Trainer, Line Manager, and other Retail Department leaders to support with the ongoing training and development of the store teamÂ
Prepare, manage and execute the Visual Merchandising launches to ensure that a consistently high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directiveÂ
Have a thorough understanding of loss prevention procedures and ensure stock levels, discrepancies and transfers are meticulously managed
