We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for driven Business Development Representatives to help us expand our reach in the market.
Lead Engagement: Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and live chat, setting up demos for the sales team.
Prospect Development: Actively engage with small to mid-sized companies to identify potential clients and initiate meaningful conversations.
Value Presentation: Effectively communicate the benefits of our safety solutions, sparking interest and motivating prospects to learn more.
Outbound Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns, contributing directly to business growth.
Sales Support: Work closely with Account Executives, providing qualified leads and supporting them in the sales process.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities, keeping the CRM up to date.
Customer Facing Experience: Experience in effectively communicating with customers and maintaining professional conversation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and inspire prospects.
Goal-Oriented and Competetive: Motivated by targets and dedicated to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead goals.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team setting.
