About the role 
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator (internally know as a Time slotting and Inventory Coordinator) to assist with day-to-day supply chain operations planning and delivery tasks. The responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for 1800 Timeslotting Hotline, directing and managing stakeholder enquiries and request.
  • Actioning requests received by email to the timeslotting and inventory coordinator contacts
  • Interpret permits and answer questions on site access and mass limits
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of road and rail transport tasks
  • Acting within the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) standards and compliance across NHVR requirements
  • Update and maintain data in the Timeslotting Management System (TMS), GrainsTransact (GT) system and the SAP System for Road Freight Carriers, sites, and customers
  • Responsible for the administering of ownership transfers (swaps), and associated forms in collaboration with Customer & Commercial Demand Planners
  • Accountable for assisting inventory reconciliation processes
  • Finalise documentation to export/domestic customers for shared services further to AP/AR invoicing process
  • Complete close out activities associated with road and rail invoicing or any exceptions/rejections
  • Maintain compliance register and communicate changes with stakeholders


About your experience
Candidates will have experience dealing with customers and/or logistics. Candidates will also display: 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to actively listen, communicate, respect others, problem solve, help, and celebrate successes in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new IT systems
