We're a young, goal-driven team with the mission of providing a 5 star service whilst providing the most cost-effective solution to high quality medical cannabis in Australia. We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for our patients.

We're currently looking for a superstar to join our Patient Support team! Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Support Manager and collaborating closely with our sales team to help support patients on starting their journey into plant based medicine. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.

(Please note: the role is an entry-level position and customer service training will be provided on the job). 

About the Role:

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our patient communications, offering support and resolving queries through various channels including email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls. This role is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and concerns via email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with Easykind's values.
  • Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
