Overview

The role is extremely varied. Some of the day-to-day activities include:

• Bookkeeping
• Customer service, face-to-face or over the phone
• Sorting and scanning letters and emails
• Document management
• Managing and booking appointments
• Office Management
• Ad hoc project work for clients and internally

The successful candidate will:

• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Appear well-presented and articulate for all client services
• Display a willingness to learn on the go
• Have great problem-solving skills to assist with the above
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Currently be completing an undergraduate degree
• Have a keen interest in finance/accounting
• Have attained a 90 minimum ATAR
• Be available to work 12-15 hours per week
• Hold a valid Australian Driver Licence

This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate. The office has been recently renovated in a beachside location. The work is varied and modern and the hours are flexible. Training will be provided across sales, tax, strategy, presentations and more, though you must be willing to work hard and learn fast!
