We are looking for a Junior Admin Support team member to join our Baulkham Hills branch in NSW for Allcott Hire!
Applicants should be able to perform a wide variety of duties in the day-to-day running of a fast paced, busy office. The successful candidate will work alongside the team, performing a variety of administrative duties, with development opportunities available.Â
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting with accounts receivables
Data entry
General admin support
General office duties
Answering phone calls
Database maintenance
Running errands
About You:
Previous office administration experience is preferred, but not required.Â
You have a friendly personality and a positive attitude.
You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
You have great communication skills and a professional phone manner.
You are efficient, reliable and punctual.
You are able to multitask in a busy environment.
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
